Lisa Morrison

Lisa Morrison has been a licensed Realtor in Connecticut since 1987 and in Rhode Island since 2006. She
served as a Real Estate Manager and Regional VP for a leading real estate company, Lisa was responsible
for eight offices and 120 agents. With a rich background in mergers, acquisitions, and investments in
major real estate firms, Lisa has played a key role in expanding William Pitt Real Estate into the largest
Sotheby’s franchise in the U.S. Additionally, as the founder of The Newport Group at Coldwell Banker,
Lisa brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience, having also owned and operated three retail stores
in Connecticut.
Beyond real estate, Lisa is deeply involved in community service. As a former President and current
board member of the Rose Island Lighthouse and Fort Hamilton Trust, and Chairwoman of
Development, she has been a driving force behind the preservation and promotion of this
historic landmark. Lisa is also active in leadership roles within St. Mary’s Parish, serving as
Chairperson of the Parish Council and a member of the Finance Committee.
